SOMERS RECEIVED EQUITY AWARD 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 (EVERY YEAR) IN 2014 HE RECEIVED A WHOPPER AWARD AND THEN FIRED 3 WEEKS LATER FOR PERFORMANCE ISSUES NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE. REMARKS WERE INCLUDING HIGHLY DEFAMATORY AND CLEARY SHOW “ILL WILL AND HATRED” TOWARDS SOMERS. BUT WHY SUDDENLY? SOMERS HAD REPORTED WHAT HE REASONABLY BELIEVED TO BE VIOLATIONS OF THE SARBANES-OXLEY ACT OF 2002 A MONTH OR SO BEFORE. NOTHING ADDS UP FOR DIGITAL. HOW CAN CHUBB GUIDE THIS CRUMBLING DEFENSE.

The issue is Digital has EPL insurance and they gave over control of the outcome of my lawsuit to Chubb Insurance Group and their lawyers. So the whole thing has gone to a place where people are focused on settling my lawwsuit for as little as possible after they have wreaked great damage to my reputation and career. All in name of Chubb’s bottom line. My 25 year career and reputation comes down to an insurance group trying to make their annual numbers. numbers.
