VP Implemented Three Innovative Projects to Foster Teamwork. Fired for not Fostering Teamwork.

 

Former Digital VP Somers implemented 8 innovative projects for his department in 2013 and 2014. Three of the projects were about fostering teamwork. The CEO Mike Foust praised Somers’ work and stated that it was exemplary for the company.

The regional HR manager, Sarah Schubert was the emcee for one event involving 45 employees across 6,000 miles.  It was aimed at encouraging teamwork and relationship building.

Chubb (Digital) stands by Ms. Jacobs and Mr. Kumar’s actions to terminate Somers for blocking teamwork.  Because Chubb would rather pay millions to lawyers than settle the dispute and make whole the person their client has damaged.
